20 Tasting Notes
The taste and the smell aren’t very pleasant, but if you have a cold, this will make you feel better and clear up your sinuses for a few hours at least. Even breathing in the scent of the loose tea makes me feel slightly better. Just not a tea for enjoyment.
Preparation
Probably my favorite type of tea! The strawberry and rhubarb play off each other so nicely and it has a lovely creamy taste. It tastes especially good hot, but can also be iced for a summer treat. It’s really delicious. You must try some. It is slightly heavy but the taste makes up for it :)
Preparation
Totally delicious and absoloutly wonderful! I’m a spicy tea lover so this is perfect for me. The chili pepper balances perfectly with the cinnamon making a tasty spicy yet warm winter treat! (or any time of the year actually)
Preparation
This tea isn’t bad if you’re looking for something spicy, although if you’re really in persuit of spice you should check out Hot Lips which combines both cinnamon and chili peppers. Overall, a noticable enough cinnamon taste but probably not as strong as I would have liked.
Preparation
A very bitter tea. The cherry scent is fooling, because when you take a sip it is most definitly not cherry… it doesn’t taste good hot or cold. At least it’s only a limited edition, right? Also, as it is a white tea, the flavor isn’t too strong (although there really isn’t a flavor)
Preparation
The loose tea actually tastes better than the tea steeped, in my opinion. The taste of the tea isn’t too strong, but makes a nice warm drink on a cold day. It’s not too distinguishable from Forever Nuts, so sometimes I mix them together and then it tastes AWESOME.
Preparation
This was the second tea I ever tried from DavidsTea. That first time tasted absoloutly delicious, with a bit of 2% milk added to it. But since then I have never been able to replicate that wonderful flavor, and as a result find the tea a bit boring. It sure smells nice, though, and is very tasty on yogurt.
Preparation
This tea tasted very tart and turned a lovely shade of pink. I found it enjoyable and would probably try it again. The only thing I don’t really like about this tea is that it is very heavy and 50g only got me about 6 cups of tea.
