So this time I tried it with 3g of tea per 250ml (8oz) of water. Honestly, the amount of leaves looks to be almost identical to what I had measured!
The water was a little hotter this time, but the tea is still so delicious. Delicate and sweet, but it definitely has a bit of a rich flavour to it. I should probably get more, as I can see running out and then craving a cup!
