This is not a tea I’m expecting to enjoy – just need to say that up front. Cilantro tends to taste soapy, and I don’t care for bai mu dan.

And after the first sip, umm, no. It’s interesting, yes. Delicious? Not to me. But I can see how people would like this tea.

After sugar: Hmm. A little better, but still no. I’m getting more pineapple now.

I’m about 1/3 through my mug trying to pick this tea apart. I need to stop and move on to something that doesn’t taste quite so much like chutney.
