Mmm. Hot with a couple pieces of rock sugar added while it steeped.

IDK why they recommend steeping it so hot. White tea is best steeped cooler (IMO), so I tried it at 160F for 3 minutes or so.

Delicious! Sweet blackcurrant, mild white tea. I’m liking this a lot! It would be good blended with some fruits and made into popsicles, I think…

It’s a kir royale tea, does it taste like it?

OMGsrsly

I’ve never had a kir royale! But the black currant is spot on, especially with a pinch of sugar added.

Nice, the drink is just cassis and champagne.

Roswell Strange

I wonder how this compares to Tea Desire’s version?

OMGsrsly

Very similar I think, Roswell. They might get it from the same supplier. I’ll have to call Bayswater and check the ingredients, though.

I mostly drink black tea.
