Which are mostly filled with my Mizuba Tea Co. Matcha. A trip to Japan changed my life forever when I met Hayashi san – who happens to be in charge of his family’s 100-year old Matcha firm in Uji, Japan. Uji is well-regarded in Japan as the finest region for Matcha production, and is the birthplace of the iconic Japanese green tea ceremony!

I’m very honored to be working directly with my farmers and represent them through Mizuba (“Living Water”).
