It’s cold in Chicagoland today and I thought let’s try something bold and this does the trick every time. I am so surprised I hadn’t reviewed this already. I had tried this neat and it is very robust but not at all bitter. It is quite flavorful. Today I tried it with a bit of agave and a splash of milk which is very rare for me but I thought let’s give it a shot. It still tastes good but I feel like I enjoy it better straight which is typical for me. It is still bold and holds up very well with the milk. It basically just mutes the boldness a bit and gives it a creamier feel.

Hi, my name is Rachana Rachel Carter. I am a long time tea addict, a bit of a geek, and as crafty as can be. When I am not running after the kids, changing diapers, and helping with homework I enjoy blogging about how tea applies to my life. For one, I am on a mission to get healthy while using tea every step of the way.
