When I saw this I didn’t even stop think if I should or shouldn’t buy it. A force took me over and I just had to buy it. I am happy to say it was a wonderful decision. The scent out of the bag was of sweet watermelon and the smell after the steep was also a strong watermelon. After taking the first sip the flavor of watermelon was lacking in comparison to the smell both pre and post steep. Nevertheless, I truly am happy I purchased this. I enjoyed the essence of watermelon and for a brief moment I felt like it was spring time. Since am in Chicago the daydream; as a result of this tisane, was priceless. I suspect this would make an amazing iced tea. I will try some later.

I gotta blend this w/ some cucumber melon I still have. Or just Adagio’s cucumber white.

I found this to be silky and slightly creamy. I think I would like to make it again after I weigh the leaf since they are so large for an more precise review. I may at that time be adjusting my score. So far so good!

Wow, so excited to be trying this. I just got my first order and I dug in. I am enjoying this one a lot. The dry leaf smelled wonderful and strong. I think I saw coconut flakes in there and I did not expect it. The flavor is smooth and sliky, it is like the essence of an almond croissant. Very delicious and will drink again.

My only wish is that there be a complete list of ingredients somewhere online before I order and some recommended steep parameters.

Good news. Their Facebook page announced they will be launching a new website (tentatively the first week of Sept 2011) that will have all the information you mentioned, complete ingredients, steeping recommendations along with flavor profiles, caffeine levels and more.

Bumping up! Seriously, this just keeps getting better every time I drink it. Both my parents loved it too. Yummy!

This tastes bright and green. The first thought was creamy and buttery, but a light butteriness. Then the green less than heavy vegetal taste took over. Any interesting and unique tea for me.

On another note, my local TeaGschwendner is shutting down in a few weeks. Sad :-(

Wow this is AWESOME! If you are looking for accuracy this is it. I am originally from Gujrat, India and was a little skeptical since I had tasted the real thing. I just couldn’t believe how this tastes exactly what chai in the Gujrat region of India should taste like. I love it and the fact that it is easy is the best. I am glad I finally bought this as it will be a staple. I will have my parents try it next and if I get their approval I know this is the real deal. As for me a true winner!

I used half milk and half water in my preparation.

Yikes! A rare miss. I didn’t get strawberry or chocolate from this. I will try different steep times and temps and hope it was just user error. Hope to report back with more positive results in the near future.

Just finished a relaxing 90 minute couples massage at Lifetime Fitness. It was wonderful and I can say it was the best message I have ever had. As for the tea I was offered a drink of water or tea and of course I picked tea. What an interesting experience. It was very soothing, and had some spices. Not sure I can have it all the time. I just don’t think I can even put this in a tea category. I couldn’t even tell it was black tea. Nevertheless, it tasted pretty good in a weird way.

Cofftea

That would be because there’s no black tea in it.:) It’s an herbal tisane.

So very true…I guess I was still in lala land after the massage to remember. :)

Cofftea

HAHA! Massages will do that. I love my Aveda salon (have an appointment next week in fact), but no one can pay me to drink this. Obviously based on the reviews, I’m the odd man out like a lot of teas. But that’s ok.

Wow, this is some good stuff. The mango actually tastes juicy. However, I will say that I wish the chili played a stronger roll. Nonetheless, I am truly enjoying this courtesy of Jaime thanks again for all the treats you have sent me.
