0.9 tablespoons for 248 ml
The brewed tea has an enticing aroma. Creamy and baked good notes with a soft sweet peach. Reminds me a bit of peach oatmeal.
On the sip, pleasant malty sweetness. The sweetness is a sustaining note appearing slighty at the start of the sip, blooming into the middle and carrying through until the aftertaste. Very smooth tasting. Creamy notes in the flavour. Black tea notes present and peek out in the flavour near the end. All the flavours are very well blended. Velvety mouth-feel. Hint of flavourful astringency in the aftertaste.
Thanks to Kittenna for letting me try some of this one!

Yay!!!! So happy you enjoyed the blend I made with Stacy from Butiki and Kittenna thank you for passing it along!
Ysaurella-We will eventually be adding a version of this tea to our line. Instead of freeze-dried peaches it will just have dried peaches but we will be sticking with the same flavoring, same hops, and same tea. It will be a while though. I’m thinking around 2-3 months. I have also been playing around with the idea of another beer tea too. I don’t have anything solid yet but it will use a different type of hops.

This blend was so much fun! I had so much fun working with Azzrian on this! :)
I love this one as well, Stacy, do you consider selling it in your tea collection ?

I’ll be watching out for that :)
You and me both raritea! :)
that’s a great new Stacy :)
Azzrian – I knew when I wasn’t a big fan (mostly because I clearly dislike hops; the peach was great!) that I had to make sure the rest got shared! So Sil, Raritea, and Indigobloom each got a cup’s worth :)
