Now, normally a black tea after dinner is not something I do, but I’ve been dreaming of a solid cup of tea since about noon, and I have work to do tonight, so bring on the black tea!
I am, however, being lazy and opting for a bagged tea, and for some reason had Harney on the brain, so pulled out this.
There is a bready note in here which floats out when I’ve brewed it up properly. Today it tastes much more like a fruit filled pastry than it has in some of my past cups. I think I need to watch my steeping time with this, go a little less aggressive.

I love tea! I confess that I was a hot chocolate lover for most of my life, but recently a switch has gone off in my brain, and suggested that I might just love tea. And I do!
I’m a bit of a novice, but an enthusiastic one, and am happily sipping new varieties all the time.
I love vanilla, fruity, and caramel flavors, and cant wait to try more.
