I’ve gotta pay more attention to my steep times, not just to avoid failure, but to replicate successes, when they occur.
This turned out so nice today, sweet and light and fresh, a breath of springtime on this cold and blustry day.

I love tea! I confess that I was a hot chocolate lover for most of my life, but recently a switch has gone off in my brain, and suggested that I might just love tea. And I do!
