One of the wonderful things about being a tea drinker is that you can wake up craving a specific tea, and then I can get up and make it.
That was the case this morning. I woke up, and instantly thought “Capri.” So I made a pot.
Ahh. This is lovely. The fig adds a gorgeous earthiness to it, but the hint of lemon and vanilla keep it from being too heavy. A lovely pot on this cold morning.
Too bad I’ve got to get ready for work and go in. I’d rather stay all day in my PJ’s, drinking pots and pots of tea!

I love tea! I confess that I was a hot chocolate lover for most of my life, but recently a switch has gone off in my brain, and suggested that I might just love tea. And I do!
I’m a bit of a novice, but an enthusiastic one, and am happily sipping new varieties all the time.
I love vanilla, fruity, and caramel flavors, and cant wait to try more.
Now that H & S standards are pretty available in local stores, I have neglected their good stuff. Your description makes me think I should remedy that soon!
