2965 Tasting Notes
Oh, Paris. Its been too long! I’m glad to have you back in my cup.
Today its especially fruity and vanilla infused. Just the way I like it.
A good cup, as I apply for jobs. (and, as many of my fellow steepterites know, thats a thankless prospect.)
Its my steepster anniversary! I’ve been a member of this lovely community for a whole year, and honestly I have no interest in slowing down at all.
This place is easily one of my favorite things on line. Its wonderful here, and I’ve met so many cool, supportive people, and learned so much about tea!
Here is to Steepster, long may it reign!
Monday. Where do the weekends go? Honestly, its like they dont even happen.
Tea. I require tea. Fortunatly, tea is something I have.
I understeeped this a little. Eh. Still tasty, but not the full symphony of delightful flavors that I usually expect out of my Tower of London.
Ah well.
A lunchtime cuppa tea to fortify me before I have to go and try and move a huge and heavy old sewing table. Whew. Its gonna be an adventure!
Sewing table—the old-fashioned kind with a recessed area for the machine? Are you decorating withit?
Yeah, that kind of table. I dont know if its going to be decoration or if I will try to refurbish it and use it.
Yesterday was unbelievably busy.
Work, a haircut, going to see The Fault in Our Stars, my boyfriends birthday party, and then home to collapse into bed.
Fun, but super busy, and no tea, out of my pot that morning.
Well, a reward of a beloved tea this morning.
This is, for the second time, my last pot of Loke Lani. But its unexpectedly come back into my life before, so it may not be again.
Sweet, and fragrant, I really like this, and it has good memories attached to it. And this quiet morning will become one of those.
Sipdown. Man, I’m am going to need more tea soon, at the rate I’ve been sipping down. I’m down to about 31 teas! (which at one time would have seemed very high, and now I’m thinking, is a rather small amount. Heh)
The Fault in Our Stars was so good! It’d be hard to go to a party after seeing it though. I was definitely all red and puffy from crying.
I have entered into a phase where I am determinedly drinking this tea. I’ve got maybe two pots of this left, and I’d like it to be all drunk up, and quite soon. So I’m including this in the rotation more than I normally would.
Its gonna be a long day, and I’m already running late this morning. (Well, running behind. I’m not late actually yet).
Time to apply the sunscreen and head out into the world!
My quest to drink more Green Tea continues.
This is nice! Turns out I quite like a Jasmin green tea. Its softly floral and just the littlest bit savory. Yum.
I really like Lupicia. I’ve found that I enjoy just about all of their blends.
….sigh….
