What’s weird is that I really liked it at the tasting party, but I am not a fan now. There is a very strange cakey smell and flavor to it. I am not getting any lemon from it. I doctored it up with two sugar cubes and some lemon and that helps a little, but it’s not perfect. It has a lovely color though. I will have to try it again with a cooler brewing temperature or a lesser steeping time.
