I brewed another cup of the countess this morning, and made sure to keep my eye on the timer for a slightly shorter steeping time. Results: much better! More light and smooth citrusy flavour without the bitter after-bite. No need to add anything this time. It was a perfect and refreshing morning boost before I ran off to my internship :)
