it’s hot. Toronto is humid and hot and i am dying. So i’m drinking this, and water, and a lime/mint concoction that i made…pretty much anything and everything in an effort to stay hydrated. I really like this one as a bold brew. slightly tart but with a tiny bit of sweetener, is a juicy delicious blackberry drink! next time i should add lemonade to it!

It’s hot here too! I was thinking I’d go out on the front porch & enjoy a cup of tea this morning, and I stepped out there, took one breath, and immediately felt exhausted. It was like stepping into a steamy sauna.
