Latte tonight before dinner after a hike in the woods. I sprained my foot Jan 2, so i’ve been trying to get it back to 100% without too much stress. I refuse to let it keep me from getting back in to exercising and taking care of myself. I know it’s only 6 days in to the new year but so far so good – still maintaining my goals even with the minor dog trying to kill me resulting in a sprained foot lol. I think latte style of this one is my favourite. Helps cut the sugar in the tea, of which i wish there was less.
