yesterday’s tea… this + a little cacao shells and i’m in my happy place. Drinking a bunch of teas lately, just haven’t had time to write much. Now that we’re back to work over the holidays, things are picking up at work and we have some stuff going on with our lives. Just means that when i have down time, i’m typically trying to get outside or relax a little. rather than write tea notes haha.

So no real clue what to write about myself here. A friend got me into drinking loose tea and it’s something I thoroughly enjoy though I have nowhere near the experience that many folks on the boards seem to have.
My other interests are cycling, reading, board games, disney cruises, world of warcraft and dancing – in no particular order. I love travelling as well!
Most of that is on hold these days though, including tea drinking like I used to as I have a new little one who eats up all my spare time.

how does it stack up against Verdant Laoshan black?
depends on the year, the harvest etc in all honesty. I do comparisons randomly some years just to see where i stand on them. sometimes verdant is on top, sometimes YS is :)
