…and so begins my week off at home. Slept in a bit, make pancakes for breakfast and now trying to get organised to go for a run. Want to get outside as much as possible this week to help kick start getting active again. I’ve also got 3 5k “virtual” races i’m training for, more as incentive to keep improving my times than any real desire to compete. Hence the virtual aspect. Still loving this, though i’m down to my last container of it…really need to start thinking about purchasing some tea haha.
