noms! this was another from this afternoon…work got a little distracting. nothing says EFF U than someone refusing to do work, 4 people busting their ass to get that persons work done and then having that same person talk about changing all the work we did. Imma kill someone tomorrow. still loving this tea and glad that there’s still a bunch more!

OMG. Please, restrain yourself! I want to come visit at some point and it would be so much lovelier to visit with you out of jail…

sad to say that i had this one earlier today but have since forgotten what it was like. Thankfully though i’ve got lots of it left and this month i’m making a concentrated effort to get through more of my older puerhs that i bought to “sample” and then never got around to trying haha

I’ve had this one a couple times but now it’s time for it to journey off to other ppl. It falls into that category of boring water for me. there’s a bit of a sweetness here, but nothing really out there that makes me want to keep this around

dear god i love this tea. I’ve had it before, i’ll have it again and every time i have it, i’m all over it, slurping it down as fast as i can drink it up! today there’s a great spice note in this that is super tasty.

..and i’ll just hit save here since this tasting note has been open for hours since work distracted me haha

I pulled this one out today because it will bring me down to 100 teas lol thus meeting my goal for the month. I’ve got no clue how i’ll manage April’s goal but we can pretend that it’ll happen. HA! This is a very “green” tea with oolongy notes. there’s sweetness to it though, that i DO like even if the tea as a whole isn’t my favourite. It’s not a bad little tea, i just wouldn’t want it all the time given MY preferences :) For those who enjoy a good dancong, i’d give this one a try :)

did someone say DANCONG? :D

i had a cup of this one – i’ve had a few lately while i tried to sort out how i felt about this one. Final verdict? Not for me. there’s a floral note or something in this one that becomes more present when it cools making it something i don’t want to be drinking. So the rest of this is off to someone else who may or may not appreciate it heh

man, today this is really deliciously malty and tasty. it might help that i accidentally overloafed it a little today – as my tasting notes show that i wasn’t sold on it last time i had it. today – this is fantastic. I’ll have to ermember that for future steeps. there’s a little brightness here in among the malty goodness as well but it’s smooth and tasty!

this + a splash of maple syrup, makes for a happy tea this morning. This one is a little smoker than i remember it being previous times that i’ve picked it up but with the maple syrup, everything is A-ok.

So no real clue what to write about myself here. A friend got me into drinking loose tea and it’s something I thoroughly enjoy though I have nowhere near the experience that many folks on the boards seem to have.

My other interests are cycling, reading, board games, disney cruises, world of warcraft and dancing – in no particular order. I love travelling and am currently working on trying to get my other half to as many place in the world as possible.
