Another Sample from variaTEA. Pumpkin pie does not = green teas for me. So i dunno…this was pumpkin pie spice for sure, but on the whole i prefer that flavour with a black base vs any other.

Sample from VariaTEA. While i like the raspberry notes in this one, i think i prefer marshmallow krispie genmaicha if i am to have one in the cupboard :) but this was a nice cup for a non black tea today!

i REALLY liked this version from tearunners. Makes me wish i knew who their supplier was as it doesn’t taste like the YS version i’ve had. so good.

Funny that the other two reviews of this tea don’t speak highly of it while i, who HATES floral tea found it actually kinda nice. Not sure what possessed me to pick this one in my latest tea runners box but i did. While there are far too many flowers in this one for my liking and the aroma from the brewed tea was too much “rose,” the actual brew was kind of a nice vanilla rose black tea. I think it helped though too that i did NOT brew this for the recommended 4 mins, opting instead for 3.

Sample from VariaTEA. What a bland boring tea. Honestly apple? sort of if i squint hard? crumble? no. And just meh… overall just meh. Not a BAD tea…but more like slightly apple flavored water more than anything.

Sample from VariaTEA. I’m surprised that i liked this one as much as i did. Hojicha is hit or miss for me but in this case it wasn’t half bad. This was more cinnamon raisin bread to me than bread pudding but i’d call that a win for Deb lol
