Love this tea. It’s a Native American Tea. It isn’t from camellia sinensis. It’s a type of holly that is native to the southern region of North America. The caffeine in it hits you different than the caffeine in teas or coffee. It doesn’t cause jittery feelings. It a nice energizing boost. The leaves are brown flakes that look almost like bark. The flavors are smooth it has a light coffee taste. The Black has a roasted flavor. When it’s brewed it looks golden brown in color.

Flavors: Nuts, Roasted

Nice sweet refreshing tea. Great iced or hot. Had it with chicken African stew last night. Complimented it well. The leaves are small and chopped up looking. They are reddish in color. The liquor when brewed is a red color as well. It looks very pretty in a clear glass or mug. It smells like candy honey with a bit of a tobacco note. It also tastes how it smells. There aren’t any vegetal notes, or floral notes. A bit of a peachy, nectarine, taste.

I love this tea . Toasted rice with green tea. Yum. This tea looks like green tea with little bits of popcorn in it. The toasted rice gives it a nice roasted flavor that compliments the tea well. When brewed it smells almost like roasted corn or some sort of roasted vegetables. The liquor is a light yellow color when brewed.

A little floral for my taste. But not bad to sip on. A good quick bagged tea when you’re in a pinch.

Went to a Japanese’s tea ceremony today. It was a great experience. Learned a lot. The type of tea was a matcha green tea. The tea itself was quite bitter. But the experience was very nice.
