I am finally at this one again. Although I must admit that my fear of this one has not been relinquished. I have been cursed to have to mix this with a brand of matcha I purchased at my local Japanese shop. The second matcha is blessed to have a tiny bit of some kind of sweetener which actually makes this one very enjoyable. I use a 1/2 mix of the two and it turns out beautiful and creamy. I think that much of the creaminess is imparted from this part of the blend. It is a very deep, astringent matcha and I wouldn’t suggest it to beginner matcha drinkers.
