This was my first Earl Grey loose leaf, and I’m still experimenting with it. Initially, I found the tea to be too bitter, but with a little sugar it became manageable. This isn’t the best Earl Grey I’ve ever had, but it’s still quite good if you’re willing to put some work into the production.
