Wow..! This was an unexpected hit! The overall effect is definitely right on – I think I like this better than the real thing (I don’t love raisins in my bread due to the texture). My favorite part is the subtle toasted flavor combined with the sweetness of the cinnamon and raisin. I can’t really taste the raisin flavor by itself, but I think it does come through in the finished effect. Love it!
