the tea is great, their customer service is dreadful. I had purchased for many months spending several hundred dollars without incident. I had a problem with them charging my card twice I pointed this out and they refunded the entire purchase, then proceeded to “cancel my account” without ever notifying me. I sent many emails non of which they answered. Since they have no phone number listed, or address other than a P.O. box I would be very cautious doing business with them. I’d liken them to the Soup Nazi only “No Tea for You” I’m listing them a don’t buy
