Well, I am afraid this brand is definitively not a brand for me. This is clearly Blueberry and natural.
As with the other Davids tea I cannot really taste camellia sinensis.
I was suspiscious as the blend is containing as much blueberries as tea leaves…I was right : this is a lovely hot juicy blueberry beverage but it’s just not tea to me.

I have a full tea pot and I share it now with my daughter who is in love with it (she is 11) like she is for almost all DT blends. I can imagine why a child can appreciate these teas, no acridness at all and more focused on flavours rather than tea bases.

Thank you justjames for sharing

I think you perfectly resumed the situation with DT. Some blends are really tasty but we can hardly call them tea cause the tea is too hard to find. Having said that, I do like this one cause it really tastes what is smells like: a blueberry fest! It’s nice to know that it actually comes from the fruit and not only added flavouring as there are so many real blueberries in it! I understand why your daughter is so fond of it :-)

First, please forgive me for my English and all the grammatical mistakes you’ll find in my posts.
As English isn’t my mother tongue it sometimes makes things more difficult to express cleverly and accurately what I feel.

I was mainly in black flavoured teas, green as well if not bitter.
I’m now drinking much straight teas because my palate is now developed enough to appreciate them .

My favourite brands are : Taiwan tea Crafts, Teavivre, Mariage Frères,Theodor,Butiki Teas,Dammann Frères, Betjeman & Barton.
My ratings are as follow :

100 to 95 : my darlings; always in my cupboard (or very often ! )

94 to 90 : Excellent tea

89 to 80 : very good tea, a pleasure to drink it

79 to 70: not bad even quite nice, why not having it sometimes, but well,it’s not so urgent !

69 to 50 : Meh, deceptive or just not for me – but has some qualities

49 to 30 : I just don’t appreciate it

Under 30 : is this thing supposed to be tea ?!?!?
