I made this with three teaspoons to 14oz. of water, because I like strong tea. I’m glad I put in the extra teaspoon, because a lot of reviews of this tea say it’s bland. Not so with my cup. It tastes just like hot chocolate, with a slight hint of peppers. I’m not getting any strawberry flavor at all, but I like it a heck of a lot and will be drinking this as a dessert tea fairly often.

I’m a thirtysomething college student (psychology major). Love to read and knit.

Tea preferences: I must admit that I’m not big on subtlety. I like my tea strong and for the flavor to whack me upside the head. I enjoy complex teas, but I just don’t have a sensitive enough palate for the subtle. I know, I’m a heathen…
