The predominant flavor, to me, is soybeans. I used to eat them plain a lot when I was younger, and it’s just like that. It’s kind of chewy — not in texture, of course, being tea, but it feels like you could really bite into it. It’s also got a touch of sweetness in the finish. I’m enjoying this cup, but I think I’m going to have to be in the right mood for it, and I don’t see that happening very often. Definitely unique, though!
