I haven’t had a cup of this in quite awhile, and it looks like I never logged a tasting note for it.
Smells of soggy pancakes drenched in butter and maple syrup. The maple flavor is there, but it’s not nearly as intense as the smell. The blend of black teas is smooth and malty, with no bitterness at all. The cup is begging for milk or cream…but I have a kitten sleeping in my lap, so I will not be getting milk or cream.
