Some have said it tastes like English Breakfast, but EB always gets too bitter. I had no trouble with bitterness with this. It has a slightly more distinct taste, perhaps from the Keemun. The tin said boiling water for 5 minutes but I did it for only 2 after letting it cool a few minutes and it was perfect.
