Hmm, I don’t know how they do it because this tea really does taste like a cookie. It reminds me of the Danish butter cookies we used to have around Christmas time. I wish the black tea base was a little stronger here, it seems light to me. I might try steeping this a little longer next time.

I am a fan of many different teas but my favorites are blacks and oolongs, chai, also like darjeeling and pu-erh. I’n always learning and expanding my horizons!
Dislikes include: bergamot, jasmine, highly tannic or bitter teas, overly judgmental and bitter people. :)
