Sipdown of the day!
I made this last night as a cold brew and it’s pretty good that way. I just wish this had more actual lemon flavor! In my opinion it’s very light on the lemon and I don’t think this will be a repurchase for me, although I have enjoyed trying it. I should try a few other of my rooibos blends as cold brews.
Ageless yoga was difficult for me! I still don’t have the full range of motion back in my shoulder and arm. the instructor was understanding and gave me some modifications to do. Well, at least I can take it easy for the rest of the day and focus on getting my final paper written for Wednesday’s class.
