I think this tea has worked its way up to my top tea from this year’s summer collection. I made a pitcher of this a few days ago and have been sipping it with dinner for the past few days. I liked it the first time I tried it, but I’ve recently been enjoying it lightly sweetened, over ice, and with a fair amount of lime juice (the juice of one small lime for a 16-ounce glass). Heavenly. I’m definitely going to need to stock up before it disappears. Total surprise to me.

I’m going to mix it with Melon Drop the next time I make a pitcher.

I’m also tempted to make Sour Watermelon ice cubes and lime simple syrup…and throw them in a blender with some tequila. Because…day drinking is a thing.
