This is delicious. It’s fruity, tangy and super refreshing when iced. It reminds me of Hawaiian Punch. It’s like a less sweetened, tangier version of Hawaiian Punch for adults. Visually, it’s also a stunner in a glass mug. This is a staple herbal tea in my collection.

I had such high hopes for this tea. It sounded like something that’d be right up my alley. I love black teas and I love strawberries in my tea. In the end, the combination of strawberries and cream over a black tea base just did not work for me. I guess you DO learn something new every day. I was more disappointed because I’d already purchased 100 grams of it under the assumption that it’d be a complete winner. So sad.

I tried a sample of this despite the fact that I’m not a fan of Earl Grey. It’s not bad. I wouldn’t purchase it because I’ve recently discovered that I don’t enjoy the combination of strawberries and black tea. Also, holy bergamot, Batman! It’s strong, so strong. My cuppa was really bold, despite all the additional flavors/ingredients. I added sweetener and quite a bit of non-dairy milk.

I find that with non-dairy milk this tea really does taste cake-like. It’s not as chocolaty as I’d like, but it is quite sweet. I enjoy it as a latte (both hot and iced). While this doesn’t quite make my list of go-to flavored black teas from DT, I do enjoy it on occasion. I find that the black tea base is a bit too weak for many of DT’s flavored black teas. It’s one that I’ll likely repurchase to have on hand when I’m craving cake, but it’s not one that I’d reach for when I need a caffeine boost.

I was hoping this tea would be a suitable replacement for one of my favorites from DT, Fantasy Island. It’s good, but it’s not something that I enjoy cold/iced (a requirement for my “morning” teas).

I bought about 2 ounces of this blend while on vacation; it was one of several teas from DT that I’ve been wanting to try. I was a bit wary of it because I’m not a fan of sweet popcorn (caramel corn, kettle corn and the like), but I figured I’d give it a go after reading everyone’s glowing reviews and praise. I tried this tea (iced) last night, and it just isn’t for me. The blend is pretty much one note – sweet popcorn. If that’s your bag then this is your tea. If not, steer clear. I’ll be finding a new home for the rest of my 2 ounce bag.

I didn’t mind this tea. I have to be careful with teas where pineapple (like cherry) is the primary flavor. They’re really hit or miss for me. I find this is more pineapple-flavored than passionfruit-flavored, and that’s a bit disappointing given the name. It’s quite tasty over ice, though. While it isn’t something I’ll miss when it’s gone, it is one of the better flavored green teas from DT that I’ve tried this year.

I do not enjoy oolong teas, but I decided to give this one a try because it sounded so promising. It smells amazing, like peaches/apricots and almonds, but it’s a complete miss for me because it doesn’t taste as good as it smells. Oolong teas just are not my thing, and I’m okay with that.

This tea is really delightful. It’s more burnt caramel (toffee) than salted caramel so I add a pinch of French sea salt to the tea leaves while they’re steeping. I usually add non-dairy milk to the hot tea as well. I also like it as an iced latte. It’s not one of my favorites, but it’s another black tea blend that I intend to keep stocked in my collection.

Pineapple and blueberry is not a combination that I’d normally go for, but I was intrigued by this tea because I enjoy Teavana’s Blueberry Kona Pop (or whatever they’re calling it these days) tea blend. I thought this would be comparable. It wasn’t. I sampled this hot and was not impressed. The blueberry flavor was very light. The lemongrass and pineapple completely overwhelmed my cuppa.
