2957 Tasting Notes
Medium quality rooibos that benefits from hotter steeps. Is also quite tasty cold brewed and brewed multiple times.
Sweet, rooibosy, natural sweetness of rooibos and apple, cinnamon in the background (but not too strong), caramelised brown sugar, wheat, spices. It all comes together well and makes for a nice cup for those who enjoy rooibos.

Slightly bitter black base, a bit of earthiness, slight sweetness, a tiny bit of fruit. I steeped 3 min in 80 deg C water and tasted a lot more bitterness and astringency than expected. Maybe hotter water and a shorter steep time? It was pretty meh.

Preparation
Drank this iced. It’s the first tea I’ve had in weeks. Going through some stuff IRL and haven’t been interested in tea/hobbies. Sorry for being absent.
The jasmine flavour is quite subdued. Creamy caramel, brown sugar, milk, vanilla, fruity pineapple and sour rose hips. I don’t enjoy the rose hips at all. The green tea is very intense, I didn’t enjoy the base very much. Overall, I think it was tasty iced, but I can’t imagine enjoying it hot.
