drank Earl Grey Royal by THEODOR
3240 tasting notes

This is a sample that came with my birthday order from youngest. She loves Earl Grey so I specifically saved it for us to drink together. This is pretty easy with the The O Dor sachets because we are getting a minimum of two steeps from each.

And this went on her “must have again” list. The bergamot in this reminds me of Southern Boy Teas Earl Grey Iced. That was a favorite of mine that will be sorely missed, but maybe this will make a delicious iced tea as well. Not all Earl Grey’s are created equal, even within a single company. We had Mademoiselle from this company today and while it is bergamot and lavender, youngest strongly prefers this tea. It is smoother, the bergamot is less sour, and it resteeped well. Now I know what to get her for her next big occasion!

Bio

I am a music teacher, tutor, and former homeschool mom (25 years!) who started drinking loose leaf tea about fourteen years ago! My daughters and I have tea every day, and we are frequently joined by my students or friends for “tea time.” Now my hubby joins us, too. His tastes have evolved from Tetley with milk and sugar to mostly unadorned greens and oolongs.

We have learned so much history, geography, and culture in this journey.

My avatar is a mole in a teacup! Long story…
