I have been asked to participate in a breast cancer study and a nurse was coming today for a 2 1/2 hour interview. We made this tea because I find that even non-tea lovers drink it. When offered this one or Pomegranate Oolong, she said she preferred black tea and would like to try Paris. As she reached for the sugar, I told her she might want to taste it first as most people find it naturally sweet. She loved it! I feel a little jealous sometimes when people take these teas without sugar right away. I took years to get to that place! :) She liked it so well that she wanted to try the other tea, too.
