drank Paris by Harney & Sons
3234 tasting notes

I have been asked to participate in a breast cancer study and a nurse was coming today for a 2 1/2 hour interview. We made this tea because I find that even non-tea lovers drink it. When offered this one or Pomegranate Oolong, she said she preferred black tea and would like to try Paris. As she reached for the sugar, I told her she might want to taste it first as most people find it naturally sweet. She loved it! I feel a little jealous sometimes when people take these teas without sugar right away. I took years to get to that place! :) She liked it so well that she wanted to try the other tea, too. That review coming up!

Bio

I am a music teacher, tutor, and former homeschool mom (25 years!) who started drinking loose leaf tea about fourteen years ago! My daughters and I have tea every day, and we are frequently joined by my students or friends for “tea time.” Now my hubby joins us, too. His tastes have evolved from Tetley with milk and sugar to mostly unadorned greens and oolongs.

We have learned so much history, geography, and culture in this journey.

My avatar is a mole in a teacup! Long story…
