drank Holiday Tea by Harney & Sons
3226 tasting notes

I picked up two sachets of this at Barnes and Noble to bring home so I could try it and decide if I want to order it loose leaf. They just charge you as if they are making a venti tea. The last tea I tried there was nuclear hot and all I could taste was paper cup, thus bringing it home to make it myself. Plus, that meant we could serve it for tea party!

The aroma was excellent and mostly clove. The tea was smooth, not bitter at all, not even as it cooled. It was good, but honestly I don’t think I will order it because Cranberry Autumn does for me what I wanted this tea to do…only better. It is brighter and more flavorful to me. Good tea, and I wouldn’t turn it down, but not on the shopping list.

Bio

I am a music teacher, tutor, and former homeschool mom (25 years!) who started drinking loose leaf tea about fourteen years ago! My daughters and I have tea every day, and we are frequently joined by my students or friends for “tea time.” Now my hubby joins us, too. His tastes have evolved from Tetley with milk and sugar to mostly unadorned greens and oolongs.

We have learned so much history, geography, and culture in this journey.

My avatar is a mole in a teacup! Long story…
