4 Tasting Notes

I got this at HomeGoods, thinking that I’d give it a shot. I do love most chai at any rate. I was not expecting it to be this good of tea. I love it as a latte with some honey. It smells amazing and no one flavor is really overpowering.

I love this tea. Which is surprising because when I got a whiff of it in the canister, I absolutely hated the smell. I still do actually. But the taste is fantastic. I love the peppermint aftertaste. I don’t drink it often by itself, I love adding it to My Morning Mate every morning with some milk and honey.

I love the way this tea smells in the container, which really made me excited to give it a try. I did enjoy it iced in the store, though it was a bit sweet. Once I got home, I couldn’t get the flavor to taste right iced for me yet, so I have been drinking it hot. I do enjoy it hot, the aftertaste is a bit odd, but overall is very delicious.

This is definitely my go-to morning tea. I am not a morning person by any stretch of the term and coffee has been disagreeing with me lately. I was drinking this straight at first, but I’ve found my magical blend. I mix 2 parts of My morning mate and 1 part white chocolate peppermint, a little milk and some honey. It’s absolutely amazing and I have even opened a couple co-worker’s minds to the possibilities of tea.
