Yummy every time. I like to steep this one closer to the three minute mark. Best breakfast tea.

I found this tea to lack presence when first brewed. Mild maybe sweet. When it cooled it had a distinctly astringent taste when brewed to instruction, with a reduced water temp, and when brew time was shortened.

Nice, more full bodied white. Lovely.

1.5 tsp. water 208F steep for 5 minutes. I like to let it cool to room temp and then refrigerate as an iced tea.

Wonderfully fruity. Mild and sweet. I also resteeped it since the brew time was so short.
