I finished my third pouch of this tonight and just realized that I’m all out :( (Darn it! I thought I had another pouch tucked away!) I tend to brew this honeybush quite strong, using heaping teaspoons of the leaf in boiling hot water, and I just leave it brewing for hours. Some of the sediment does escape, but that doesn’t ever bother me.
I can’t believe how fast I finished that last pouch. I’m quite sad about it really. So contrary to those quirky little candid kid AT&T commercials, fast isn’t always better than slow.
