This tea was just too hot for me, I found it unpleasant to drink something this spicy. If you are a spice lover, I imagine it would be fantastic…

I enjoy it as is, but on the days where the spice is just a bit too much I find adding a little bit of sugar (I use rock sugar but brown sugar works nicely too) will help with the hot bite. It still has a lot of kick but if you’re trying to find a way to make it easier to deal with I found that works. Its one of my favourites though when I’m craving something hot, but I also adore hot lips and cinnamon hearts!
