I liked this tea a lot, but perhaps not quite as much as I built it up to be.
I tried it unsweetened at first, and it was decent, but I wasn’t really getting the pistachio like i’d hoped to. Then I added a little sweetness to it, and it was transformed. Not quite ice cream, but quite nice and creamy, and I finally could taste the pistachio.
I don’t know if I’d order this one, but I’m really glad that Stacy sent me a sample of it to try. I definitely wouldn’t turn it down if it were offered to me.
ETA – I’ve resteeped this and added just the barest touch of sweetener. I like it better that way, and the resteep is still nice.
