As this tea brews, it has a very blueberry scent … it filled my kitchen with the aroma of blueberries. It was so deliciously fragrant that my youngest daughter came into the kitchen and asked me what I was making because it smelled good. So, I told her I was making tea and she asked for a cup for herself.

We both loved this!

It’s got a strong blueberry taste, although it’s a tad sweeter than the actual berry. It does have some tart notes to it too, but this reminds me a bit of a blueberry pie filling more than it does a fresh, true to the fruit blueberry. However, since I’m not a big fan of tart flavors … that’s not to be read as a complaint. I like the sweeter taste here.

The green tea is very smooth and has a silky, buttery texture. A mellow vegetative taste – not really grassy. More like freshly steamed, mild tasting vegetables.

I’m not usually all that excited to taste rooibos blends. But, I’ve tried more tasty ones than I’ve tasted not tasty ones, so I’m sure that my hesitancy to “embracing” rooibos has to do with my initial impression of it … the first time I tasted rooibos, I wasn’t all that in love with it. But since then, I’ve found many blends that I’ve liked, and I even like plain rooibos on occasion – although I must say that organic rooibos is definitely better than the conventionally grown rooibos. And yes, with rooibos, I can definitely taste the difference.

This is a really tasty rooibos blend – and get this, it even has hibiscus in it! But it all works … and it works well together.

This is not a chocolate-y red velvet. Rather, it’s a cherry and vanilla “red velvet”. I can taste a cake-like taste to it, and I can taste a tangy flavor that tastes like cream cheese. It’s like a cherry/vanilla cupcake with cream cheese frosting. And it’s quite yummy.

A nice pomegranate flavor that doesn’t taste artificial. It has a light, natural taste. I like that this is organic. I love Brew La La’s attention to packaging! It’s a fun package to receive (and the tins are nice!)

This has a good balance between sweet and tart. The green tea tastes light and fresh.

I love Brew La La’s packaging. I love a good presentation. And the tins from Brew La La are very nice.

This is a really good tea. It’s a sacheted tea … so I didn’t have high hopes for it, but it was surprisingly good. Sweet peach flavor with a hint of peppery ginger – just a hint. The ginger here is very subtle and adds a hint of warmth rather than a strong kick of peppery heat.

The green tea tastes lightly grassy, sweet, and everything melds together in a very enjoyable way.
