Thanks to MissB for passing some of this down! I didn’t try it in the coffee maker because I’m a chump, but brewed the traditional way, it’s very heavy on the rooibos. Also ridiculously cinnamony. BPAL had a Christmas perfume a few years ago called Pumpkin Masala Rooibos. This smells so much like this, and as a result, I can’t help thinking of that whenever I take a sip. Makes me feel like I’m drinking perfume. But seeing that it’s a very unconventional perfume, I highly doubt others would feel the same way.
missB sent this one to me and as i was drinking it..i was trying to figure out what it reminded me of…until i read the description and realised it was the orange that i was thinking of. this is a pretty tasty rooibos actually, and something i’d drink again. I have half a mind to cold brew the last of the sample missb sent, but now i’m not sure. Either way, this is tasty and i’ll enjoy the last cup when i have it. It’s not quite an orange rooibos since the cinnamon added to it, makes for a different taste profile than your typical orange rooibos. :)
