Alphakitty! Thanks for this!!!!
It’s sweet and vanilla and caramelly and somewhat spicy but it’s the sweeter spices not really chai spices! It’s very aromatic and flavorful in every way! It kind of has a cream soda sort of a taste to it, too! VERY creative, VERY unique…LOVE the LOVE that went into this one! Very nice!
TeaEqualsBliss-Have you tried this with sugar? It tastes like a completely different tea with sugar. Definitely worth checking out.
Stacy – I haven’t…eeeek…I don’t have any left to try that…maybe my Sororitea Sista will send me a bit of hers :) teehee
I have some of this in a box for you too… and you SHOULD DEFINITELY try it with a bit of sugar… it’s amazing.
It reminds me of the milk oolong from David’s Tea… I’m not getting peach but that’s probably just me. I’m not very good with oolongs yet. It is drinkable though and I’ll experiment with it :D
First off, I’d like to thank Stacy for sending me this sample :) I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to try it!
This tea is visually very beautiful & the dry leaves fragrant and enticing. As it steeped the aroma was very juicy and sweet. I couldn’t wait to try it! I have had pear teas before that I wasn’t too fond of & I had a good feeling about this one :)
Upon tasting it, the juicy quality of the aroma was translated into the flavor. It was sweet, delicate, and juicy. It wasn’t my favorite cup of tea, but I think it might just be that I am not partial to pear teas because this tea was not bad by any means! The flavors were lovely and my husband actually thought it was very tasty. It may not be MY favorite, but it’s definitely a great tea for someone who is more fond of pear teas :)
This is really delicious. The flavor is so fresh and vibrant, and I think that the “spring” in the name is very appropriate, because it tastes very much like spring: very light and fresh and crisp.
There are pleasant notes of fruit, the description suggests “juicy peach” and I get that. It is sweet and the fruit tones are peach like. The vegetative notes are also a bit like freshly steamed peas. I’m not one to eat peas (my least favorite vegetable) but, if they’re sweetened with peach juice, I might be persuaded… and this tastes like peas that have been sweetened with the essence of peach!
Very yummy, spring-like and invigorating.
My final sample from my Butiki order.
It smells just like Pumpkin Pie!
Spicy and cozy.
I must say I was dubious of this tea.
I mean, a tea flavored by pumpkin?
But, the scent envelopes you and comforts you.
It smells like Grandma’s house in November.
I burnt my tongue because I could not wait to try it.
Lightly spicy, a smidgen of pumpkin but then the black tea shines through.
Very tasty tea, indeed!
