Coconut Oolong was the first teas of the collection that I tried, and it was a great first impression of what this collection has to offer. It’s the perfect mix of that regular oolong taste and coconut! The coconut flavor stands out, but doesn’t take over the tea or turn it bitter. YUM this tea really hit the spot and it’s the perfect morning tea and it also has medium caffeine, so that’s always good in the morning :)

Okay this is my 3rd or 4th time drinking the tea and it doesn’t taste as good to me as it did the first time. It doesn’t taste anything like spice cake and it sort of has an odd finish to it….Strange.

Spice cake?…no. It’s okay. It’s more like a chai with lots of clove. It’s decent and it won’t be wasted, but it’s not something that I’m extra excited to drink. I’m sad because I bought 100 grams of this. Oh well, it’ll take me a while to get through it all. Not to self: always buy the minimum amount when trying a tea for the first time!

This is a black tea with real dried blueberries in it! How awesome is that?

The smell of the dried tea smell exactly like blueberry jam. the creators of this tea certainly hit the nail on the head with this one.

This tea kind of reminds me of mass produced (by many companies) blueberry tea. However, this one is slightly more fruity. The blueberry taste is more prominent and it tastes more like REAL blueberries and not that artificial flavor that our society as identified with the blueberry fruit.

’m not the perfect connoisseur for this tea, but I’ll do my best. I have never tasted rum (or buttered rum for that matter) but I have heard from reliable sources that this tea does indeed taste like rum. It is also the exact color of dark rum.

It is a very interesting tea, in the sense that there is coconut, yet no coconut taste? Nope, I don’t know where this coconut went.

Overall the tea is kind of bitter. I bought 50g of this tea several months ago, and there is still quite a bit left! I’ve become a bit bored of this of this tea, and I still have quite a bit left.

For all you iced tea lovers, I would imagine this would be good iced.

I found it to be very soothing because of the mint. This tea seems to be quite…creamy…naturally creamy. The smooth, creamy, taste makes it even more satisfying! Sadly, this tea has been discontinued, and it will be very missed by me!

Hmmmm, looks like I already rated this one a long time ago, and not very generously either. Well I am bumping the rating of this up. This is another green tea I picked up to try to increase my collection of teas that I can drink without sugar. I think this may be one I can keep. It’s very tropical tasting, and I’m getting some not ripe banana flavour, kind of that sour banana flavour, but it is quite pleasant. This reminds me of daydreamer from last year’s spring collection, actually it tastes exactly the same to me from what I can remember.

Found this back when I was organizing and labelling the tea tins today. I had forgotten we owned this! It is sweet, light, and wonderfully comforting! The coconut lends a lot of sweetness to it and the tea base is nice and light. I am so glad I found it back and I must aim not to lose it again!

This is a nice, low fuss, white tea that I love going back to. I adore coconut and I like white teas, so this was going to be a winner with me. There is a refreshing natural sweetness to it. With a lower temp water and a nice, short steep, it is a perfect cup of coconut white tea.

I love how subtle this tea is. It has a nice balance between the base white tea, the coconut flavouring and the hint of vanilla that is also present. The tea does not require a long steep time, and the white can get a bit bitter if it steeps to long.

I don’t reach for this tea all the time, but when I do I never regret the choice!

This is a really mature coconut flavour. It is not super sweet, and it doesn’t scream coconut, but the base flavours are lovely and the coconut blends with them beautifully. I get a lot of white tea flavour, offset by a bit of coconut and a hint of vanilla. This tea works best in my world with a short steep and no added sweetening. I always refrain from drinking this because I know it is not available anymore, but I think I need to learn to just really enjoy it while I have it! A lovely, soothing, coconutty tea!

This is very subtle, but I really liked it. The white tea base is apparent but it highlights to soft sweetness of the coconut really well. I gave this a shorter steep and that worked just fine for me. I did find this a sophisticated, understated tea. I highlights coconut without screaming coconut with every sip.

I’m not a huge fan of spicy things, but this one was still very nice. I guess you could say that I was feeling impulsive when I tried it?

I’m not saying that it wasn’t spicy (It was very spicy), it was a special spice that warms you up on the inside on a cold winter day :)
Again with putting flowers in the tea. By the way I am totally okay with this. Finding flowers in my tea is just so special.

Also, I ordered some other teas online, and when I went to pick it up at the post office, the lady saw the David’s tea box, and she mentioned that she loves David’s Tea! We got into a whole conversation about tea, and this tea came up in that conversation for some reason. She said it was her favorite of the winter collection!

Alpine Punch is probably one of my favorite of this winter collection! It is a rooibos tea and has coconut, apple, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, rose blossom petals and almonds.

It has just the right amount of spice and sweetness, I craved it all the time! I was stunned to find flower petals in my tea, and it fascinated me and I went ranting to my friends about the petals!

Banana Dream Pie is very dreamy yes…… however you won’t be sleeping much after drinking it since it is a black tea! There’s chocolate in it, so that’s always a plus. The banana flavor is not prominent at all, it’s ever so slight. This tea kind of reminds me of hot cocoa! The smell will draw you into its wonderfulness!

This was the first tea I tried with chocolate in it, and it is way up there on my list of all-time favorite teas!

The taste is comforting and makes you feel good and warm. It’s has an interesting blend of spices that go really well with the chocolate and coconut. It’s perfection in a cup! Personally, I think that all the teas with chocolate in them are special and so good.

I don’t think this would taste good iced; it is more meant for cuddling on the couch with that special someone, or alone with a good movie!

I received this as a birthday present yesterday from my sister in law as part of their huge sampler box with eight 40g tins, one of each type of tea. This is their green tea offering. And though I think it was a good choice for this box, I wish it was something else. I’ve had this before and didn’t like it so I gave the rest of my bag to my friend at work who I dump all my unwanted teas on. I think we have opposite tastes so she usually likes everything I dislike. It works out perfectly, I don’t think she’s had to buy tea in months. This tin will probably go to her as well unless I can swap it out.

I still don’t like this tea. I am not a fan of mint or chai spices so this tea didn’t have a good chance with me. I don’t like this tea purely because I don’t like what’s in it, so if you like mint and chai spices then you will probably like this tea. I hate giving bad ratings to teas that I know I don’t like because of me, and not because of the tea. This tea is well done. In those cases I try to add 10 or so points to what I would rate it otherwise.

This is an oolong tea, with a nice smooth vanilla Flavoring! My mom told me that oolong Tea was discovered when a Chinese man was boiling water and an oolong leaf fell into it, and he liked the taste! Thank God for that man or we would never have this amazing tea!

It has red and green rooibos, honeybush, sprinkles, ice cream bits (what on Earth?), natural and artificial flavoring.. It smells beautiful! I was stunned about the ice cream bits, but when it’s brewed they really make the tea have a creamy and smooth taste.

Rooibos teas all seem to have the same undertone, or background taste (in my opinion). Straight, plain, rooibos tastes great too, but the added flavoring and sprinkles makes this tea exceptional!

It was January, so this was the tea of the month, so of course, I HAD to buy it! it’s great, and Ginger is a good cold-remedy and boosts your metabolism. My coach always bugs me about how I should drink ginger tea, so here you go! The ginger was strong, and there were also peppercorns in it that made the tea even more spicy. I would definitely suggest this tea for you health-crazed-ginger-lovers.

I don’t write bad reviews of tea very often….

I didn’t buy any of this tea, I only tried it when it was the tea of the day, and I was #notimpressed. Sorry to those who like this tea, but I really did not enjoy it. I had trouble finishing the sample!

This tea is has too many berries for my liking. Elderberries, blackberries,raspberries, strawberries, strawberry leaves, apples, rosehips, hibiscus and lemon verbena. Ouf, the huge mess of berries was too much for my taste buds to handle.

But don’t let me deter you from trying this tea! I always suggest people try something and not let the smell or opinion of others stop them from trying it.

Fantasy Island! I actually bought this tea on two occasions. The first, it was a hot day, so I bought it iced, and it was nothing to write home about. I didn’t really like it, but it was tolerable, so I drank it. But I decided to give this tea a second chance. On the second occasion, (it was still hot outside) I bought it straight and hot. It actually tasted great!

There is a strong scent of coconut and a slight raspberry sweetness. Kind of exotic!

The raspberry tastes stands out most to me in this tea. The famous chocolate-raspberry blend prevails in this tea!
