This one that came to me from oOteaOo. Really a nice smooth dark oolong. A little roasty, nutty exactly what you would expect from a darker oolong. I wouldn’t not call it astoundingly awesome, but still a good afternoon delight.

I finished this tea up today. It was a nice, smooth oolong tea. It was nutty and a bit savory. Great for cold weather! :)

I received this from Ottawa Tea during one of the holiday swaps. I didn’t have too much information about this company, but I am guessing it is a local shop. This tea drove me crazy in a very good way when I took a nice whiff. The leaves look like black tea leaves. The smell was fantastic. It smelled warm, a tad smokey (but not in a keemun or lapsang kind of way), and very nutty. The liquor was a medium honey brown color. During the end of a sip, there was some astringency to it, but it wasn’t off putting for me at all. Very delicious. I love oolongs! wow! I steeped this tea 4 times with my gaiwan.

Working at home this aft, and Earl Grey was just right for this rainy afternoon.

This lovely black has a very bold bergamot kick. The base of organic Keemun and Yunnan blacks carries the flavour well while still standing up on its own. A perfect accompaniment to an afternoon of working from home.

t appears that owners Susan Venables and Leslie Allen have not yet developed a website for Nectar Fine Teas. Do they have a catalog? Email address?

Gorgeous! The leaves are obviously fresh, as they’re that lovely deep emerald green colour you only find with really fresh green tea. It also tastes amazing – as only fresh green tea can. A little bit sweet, a little bit creamy even, and re-steepable. Delicious.

Lovely, doesn’t disappoint. Almost as fragrant as Harney & Sons’ Jasmine Dragon Pearl.
