Saratoga Tea and Honey Co.

I love love loved this blend! I got this as a gift from a close friend of mine and I have to say, she chose very well. Its fruity, floral, and sweet. It’s a balanced green tea that totally curves my view of wedding teas. Most I’ve tried are all white teas which I don’t love but this was nearly perfection!

The smell is heavenly and very strong – I have to store this tea in a separate location from the rest of my teas so it doesn’t impact their tastes. The flavor is a lot more mild, but still good. It’s a riotous mix of different smells and flavors.

I used this to make iced tea, and it did not disappoint. It is a strong black tea, perfect for iced tea, as there are no overpowering flavors. I like black teas with little to no flavor embellishment to use for iced tea, as I drink it all day during the summer.
