Shang Tea

One of my favorite teas to drink. This tea is so smooth and delicate and can be resteeped 6-7 times without any problems.

Steeped this one six times today, and it was delicious every time!

Another great tea from Shang! I prefer his white teas, but this green has a very subtle and smooth flavor that can be easily steeped 5-6 times. Enjoy!

I love the secound brewing of this tea, using a 3 minute brew time. It is smooth, naturally sweet, flavorful but light.

The down fall is, I find the first brewing at 4 minutes to be a bit grassy tasting, but sweet.
The third brewing is also quite good at 3 minutes.

A great start to the morning, this black tea offering from Shang is pretty good and is on the lighter side of the black tea spectrum since it is made using his white tea leaves.

First, even though this is listed as an oolong, it is actually a black tea. Secondly, I think that Shang sells some of the finest tea in the world, including this tea.
